Withdrawal Instructions

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the contract is concluded. For Commitery, this is generally the time when you complete checkout for the relevant commitment and receive confirmation.

For routines, each active routine cycle may constitute a separate commitment contract. The withdrawal period for a routine cycle is fourteen days from the day on which that specific cycle contract is concluded and confirmed to you.

by means of a clear statement, for example by email or letter, of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not required.

You may also withdraw by using the withdrawal link provided in the confirmation email for the relevant commitment or routine cycle.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you in connection with the withdrawn contract without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal notice.

We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fees for such reimbursement.

If you requested that services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time when you informed us of your withdrawal, compared with the full scope of the services provided for in the contract.

Where no payment has been collected for a Commitery commitment before withdrawal, no commitment amount becomes due for the validly withdrawn contract. The affected commitment or routine cycle is cancelled; you no longer need to submit proof for it and no negative decision will be made for that contract.

If a commitment or routine cycle has a goal or proof deadline before the fourteen-day withdrawal period expires, the statutory withdrawal right remains unaffected. Commitery may hold back a final charge during the open withdrawal period or refund a collected payment if the contract is validly withdrawn. The in-product dispute of a negative verdict is separate from statutory withdrawal.

Additional Notes on Routines

Withdrawal from a later routine cycle generally affects only the specifically withdrawn cycle. Withdrawal from the first routine cycle may also affect the routine setup and future cycles if the routine is cancelled as a whole.

Pausing or cancelling a routine for the future is not automatically a withdrawal from an already active cycle. If you want to withdraw from an active cycle within the withdrawal period, please use the withdrawal process described above.

Additional Notes on Commitery Creator

A valid withdrawal from a commitment or routine cycle also cancels any referral or Commitery Creator attribution connected to that withdrawn commitment or cycle. No Creator is entitled to any payout, commission, or other participation based on a validly withdrawn commitment or routine cycle.

The Commitery Creator program does not limit your statutory withdrawal rights.
